Unprofessional and *********
We are being charged about R200 per month more than what we were quoted and what is stated online. After asking to rectify the problem and even downgrade we were again charged the exact same figure. Extremely poor service, don't answer their phones or WhatsApp messages. Unprofessional and *********. Do not recommend.
