Unprofessional and dismal service

Have just cancelled my subscription for end December. An unprofessional,lying and ********* company. 3 weeks into the subscription an ******* debit order went through, connectivity barely and always losing the tower so no WiFi as mother company MTN does not do proper repairs. Very slow in coming back to you. When calling back I feel I am being answered by an escort agency
