Unpaid refund

After countless interactions with your agents, a drive to your offices i still do not have any feedback on my refund, every single time i call i get the same push around response and some of your agents hanging up calls after asking me to hold the line, I am very busy to be staying on the phone the whole time asking for progress on my case number if our payments aren't making any difference to your pockets, we'll gladly make a switch to another ISP just please pay back my refund, i don't understand why a customer has to get to a point of being irate to get things sorted out!! my case number for this is (CAS-828532Z9W2N8)
