Unhappy customer

Yesterday i ordered a 5g service which i paid them R2598 after the payment they ghosted with no invoice or anything from them today i called to check on my order they made me hold for an hour to tell me they cant see my order but they see the payment then i canceled my order wanted my money back now they don't respond to my emails or take my calls
