Unhappy about courier service

I am very unhappy with your courier company which is RAM Hand to Hand Couriers. I have been waiting for a week for my package that was supposed to be next day delivery. I have wasted hours of my time and money phoning them and trying to establish when I will be receiving my package. They are very unhelpful and their service is slow. I strongly suggest you make use of a different courier company in the future.
