Unhappy
I have always held supersonic in high regard and have recommended them to countless people. The customer service is appalling. I app**** for an upgrade and was promised it would be done by the 1st Sept 2021 but it still has not been actioned. I have been on the phone with them for past few days (40mins -90mins at a time ). Still no solution.

18 Sept 2021, 14:00It is the 18th Sept 2021.The case was closed but the upgrade still hasn't been done and the problem hasn't been resolved.Service very disappointing. I have paid for a service and it hasn't been rendered
