Unfair suspension of account

They suspended my connection regardless of the countless emails I sent their accounts dept attaching POPs proving payments of all invoices. Furthermore, their WhatsApp service and call lines are useless. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Definitely actively looking for a new ISP
