Unfair Billing, Unauthorised Account Activity, and Poor Customer Support

1 star is far too generous for this business. Customer support has been unresponsive and ineffective. WhatsApp agents stop replying mid-conversation, provide inconsistent explanations, and fail to resolve formal disputes. They have unfair billing practices, poor transparency, and disregard for consumer rights. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Supersonic. Worst experience ever!
