I'm appalled by Zoom Fibre's decision to discontinue their lower-speed fibre packages and force customers onto their 50/50Mbps package at a whopping R669/month. This price hike is outrageous, and I'm still on the cheaper plan for now, but I'm exploring other options.

The lack of affordable options is concerning, and I question the legality of this move. I urge consumer watchdog organizations to investigate this price gouging. It's unacceptable to force customers into expensive plans without alternatives.

Zoom Fibre's decision seems more focused on profit than customer needs. I hope they'll reconsider or offer more flexible options. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for better value.
