Unexplained billing
I've tried to resolve this issue on the phone with Supersonic but it seems I'm more likely to get a good reply via hellopeter.
Supersonic has just issued me Clawback invoice for R2500 with absolutely no explanation or warning. I have no idea what it's for but I assume its related to a free LTE service that I was given while I waited for my fibre installation.
Point is if you are going to hit someone with some random invoice at least give them a warning or explain why.

29 Nov 2021, 12:53Dear Nonhlanhla,
Thanks for the clarity and all your help. I really appreciate it!
I received a few sms's but nothing more than that. Anyway, when my Fibre line router was installed, I asked if I could give the router to the agent who came to install it and he said yes. So I gave the router to him. So yes, I don't have the router anymore. So yes, I returned it to him.
This happened on 21 October. He installed it between 9am and 10am the morning. I hope this implies that all is in order?
Regards
Thomas
