********* SUPERSONIC FIBRE CHARGES
I have been a customer with Supersonic for over 2 years. My product was fibre 50/50 which at date of signing the 2 year contract was R 1 027 per month. 2 months ago i wanted to upgrade to their 100/100 fibre product and checked to see the availability and cost in my area. The price quoted was R 999 per month and for the 50/50 the price was R 499. I upgraded to the 100/100 fibre product at the quoted price of R 999 per month but I am still being charged R 1 027 per month. I have twice spoken to their useless operators who said someone will contact me but never did. My query was why am i not being charged for what is publicly quoted and why my price for the 50/50 fibre was not amended to R 499 when the price of fibre was decreased to the public. THIS IS ********* BEHAVIOUR. ALL USERS OF FIBRE FROM SUPERSONIC CHECK THE PRICING IN YOUR AREA AGAINST WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU.
