Got contacted by their sales agents who offered a no obligations one month free trial, was told no cancellation costs would apply, however when I decided to cancel this trial through their whatsapp helpline , I was told there’s a clawback cancellation fee and supersonic refused to release my b ref into the holding pool. I contested this and was referred to their T&Cs which was added in later requiring me to pay the clawback fee.
