Unbelieveable cheats!

This company is very *********. Firstly they don't disclose conditions to you when they entice you to sign up for their internet services. Secondly they take advantage of people who don't understand regulations. Thirdly they are ***** and ***** to make higher profits. I have proof of this. I served notice on them over 2 months ago that I wanted to end my contract with them. They did not respond. I sent another one to remind them. They then said they didn't receive the first notice, so the contract will continue until end of September. Thus forcing us to pay extra money for something we don't use. Furthermore they are so devious that they don't explain that if you end your contract, you must pay them a penalty and also pay to take their router back. This was a month to month contract. So I was not tied into a contract, where I would be punished for ending it prematurely. They want an extra R250! Don't they pay their workers well, that they now expect us to pay for their staff? I'm really upset that they shamelessly fleece and use us in this unprofessional, devious manner. Disgusting, pathetic, bunch of ********* people,
