Unbelievable bad service

Getting through to these people is such a struggle. Been calling them the entire week, where I hold to be transferred to someone for over 20 minutes. Than I messaged on WhatsApp, again I have to be out through to someone. Got through to Rose and she left me hanging and disappeared. When I sent a follow up message the chat was closed and was transferred to someone else, a Luyanda who was just as useless as Rose, he asked for my details and the package I wanted and than disappeared on me again. I guess they have too many clients and don't care for any new ones. The service is more than pathetic. I do not recommend
