Unbelievable

To start off they don't inform you that if you have a 15:00 appointment for installation that you will take the whole day off , for you will have to receive a DHL package for them to install. Secondly their whatsapp communication is very slow, like it 24 hours for a reply. Their 086 number for customer service seems like is not maned , you will have to sit and listen to the music 30mins plus until you run out of airtime. I received a ticket number for technical support but going now for almost 72 hours with no reply on when technical support will attend to me. But the billing invoice has been emailed waiting for payment.
