Unavailable network with reference SST850907

Good day.

I am very much disappointed in the way supersonic handles and resolve my issue of unavailable network, with reference number SST850907.

The issue was reported on Monday the 24th of November 2025, the network has been unavailable from Saturday the 22nd of November 2025 and untill today, no one has attempted to get the issue resolved.
