I signed up with them , received my router but I am unable to connect to the internet, I have wasted airtime calling the call centre and I'm put on hold until I run out of airtime. I have tried to communicate via WhatsApp but it seems like the WhatsApp is down, I am frustrated and losing money because I need internet to use.
