Unauthorized debit transactions

I have a very serious problem with supersonic, during my registration with them I told them that I don't need a contract but a month to month contract due to my personal reasons and they agreed. To my surprise they treating my account as a contract subscription and they keep debiting more than is expected from my account. I feel disrespected and harassed by supersonic team. They must go listen to their recordings since they told me that their calls are recorded. ****ed
