Unauthorised Debit order

I have cancelled my service with Supersonic on 13 December 2021 and received their mail that they received my cancellation. Last invoice was 31 January 2022 because there is a a calendar month's notice. 1 February my debit order goes off and the account is cancelled or so I thought.

Fast forward 24 months and I get handed over for debt collecting in March 2024, I provide all the prove that the account was cancelled and paid and low and behold my account get debited by Supersonic on 1 August 2024 without any authorization.

Looks like we heading to the Consumer Court.
