Unallocated payment & poor customer service Feedbak

Every year for some reason my account goes into arrears. Statements come through month after month with the account being up to date and then towards the end of the year 2024 I am told that a payment was missed in November 2023. Constant follow ups proof of payment shared and account still not updated nor do I receive feedback from the agent
