Unactivated simcard

Supersonic doesn't take their clients serious how can their call centre not attend to customers I receive my router and simcard parcel but till today my simcard is not activated and it towards month end I paid for nothing this month what must I do with The connected without Internet wifi I'm ****ed I tried whatsapp I tried to call but is still The same I think Supersonic is a ****
