UNACCEPTABLE DEBITS

I have been battling with Supersonic since May after R499.00 was debited from my account and nobody could advise why. Another debit was done now and in total it's R2000 that I haven't been treated with fairly nor respect because after several emails, Accounts just hasn't gotten back to me to clarify! This is unacceptable, because I was told to return the Router, which I did and paid for the Courier! When will these debits stopped because I don't see why I should open a new bank account to avoid this from happening!!!!!!!
