Unacceptable customer services!!!!

I really DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPERSONIC!!!!!! , I’ve been having several issues with this company even after not even being a client of them anymore !!!! Last year about May or June I cancelled my month to month contract with Supersonic however I’ve been waiting on them ever since to fetch the router I’ve contacted them several times , in October I’ve contacted them the arrange collection of the router they came to the wrong addresses all this !! . And then I gave up I can’t be arranging everything all the time !! . However I called in October to arrange collect of the a R250 in December for fetching the router they deducted in November!!!! I left it and then thought it’s fine payment is done REMEMBER THIS WAS NOW NOT IN THE BUDGET !!! December comes another R250 comes off my account even though I’ve arranged pick up already!!! And called once again several times and called in January more than 6 times to not deducted but another R250 gets deducted !!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I am soooo beyond angry at this moment !!! I’ve been communicating with so many people I was promised the money would be in my account 3rd of February it is the 13th !!!!! Already I am not waiting any LONGER AND I WANT MY MONEY NO LATER THAN THE 14/02/2023 or I AM CHARGING INTEREST !!!!!!!!!😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I am not recommending this business to anyone and I will go out of my way to prevent anyone from joining your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t know how many times I need to phone in and speak to someone I am just done I need to fight and use my airtime to call in you are using so much money of me already and my TIME !!!!!!
