Unacceptable

Have not had internet for the past 2 days... My wife relies on the internet to do her work and yet, it still is not connected. Then, we have to spend money for airtime to phone the call center who doesn't answer and wastes our time and monies. Then, yesterday when we eventually get through to a representative, to be told we don't know what the issue is and there is no time frame... My wife is about to lose her job because of this as she works remotely... DOES ANYONE CARE? At Supersonic, NOPE...
