Unable to cancel a account and no reply

We have been experiencing a lot of internet issue with them. So we decided to move over to a different internet provider. I have tried contacting the Supersonic team to make arrangements for the cancellation of our account via calling them (No answer), also making use of the Whatsapp chat which does not provide you with any assistance and via emails (on 09/02/2024 & 13/02/2024 & 10/04/2024) and have not yet received any feedback from them that the account will be cancelled. We are paying for a service which we are not making use of anymore and no one is helping getting this service cancelled.
