MTN Supersonic ha one of the most inefficient call back call centers around. First if you call their number you have to jump through a dozen or so hops till you speak to a consultant. On whats app you can get a heart attack trying to use their call app. Facebook messenger they take an hour to respond to your call. Its extremely frustrating and I wish they would jack up their services. My internet is always shutting down and they promise to sort it out and it never gets sorted.
