If I could give them 1 star rating I would. When it came to technical issues good luck trying to get hold of anyone. Then I cancelled my service with them and they took over a month to process so I had to pay them an extra month fee. Trying to get them on a call take around 30 minutes if you lucky. They seriously are about only about money and nothing else. I remember on one occasion I saw them drop there fee online and when I called in which again took over 30 minutes before they answered the response was we don’t automatically reduce your fee if we change products you have to call in to do so yourself. Their service is none existent and I would tell anyone who wanted or thought of using them that even if they were the last ISP and you had no other choice I would rather not have internet.
