It has been an extremely disappointing experience. After receiving my order on October 14th, 2024, the service worked for only four days. Despite paying the R900 (which includes both the R399 monthly usage fee and the R499 router charge), I continue to receive invoices for unclear reasons, all while my internet service remains nonexistent. Regrettably, attempts to reach their call center have been unsuccessful, and both the WhatsApp line and email communication channels have proven unresponsive.
