Transfer FTTH to new address

I TRANSFERRED a Supersonic account to my new home in a retirement village which uses Frogfoot as the estate backbone. There is obviously a communication breakdown between the two companies, after being told there is no FTTH in my new area. (In fact Frogfoot offered in excess of 130 FTTH packages from multiple ISPs - including some from Supersonic). Only through the persistence of Katlego in SUpersonic Sales, did I eventually get my account transferred. I wanted to keep with Supersonic because I had OUTSTANDING service from them at my old address.
