To get something done come to Hello peter

This business can never get things done. This is the second time I have to come to Hello Peter to get the issue resolved. The first problem was with payments took a week speaking with customer service nothing got resolved came to Hello Peter sorted same day. Now I have another problem been speaking to them since the 2 Jan 2021 and nothing happening. I requested last month to cancel my line with them as it's way to slow. I have a 20mb line but never get that I get 2mb most of the time. I gave my notice period followed every thing they wanted me to do. Spoke to them the 2nd they said it will be released so I can go to another provider. Called the next day agent told me the person **** it will be done the next day. Called next day that agent said that person **** mlbuy it will be done. I've called every day and all they saying they escalated the issue and they will call me back. Until now No1 called. It's actually sad how the customer service is.
