Time Wasted

Got a call from Supersonic just before 4:30pm to confirm that I no longer live at my old address as I have relocated. Moments after the call I no longer had internet access. Been trying to find what has happened since 4:30pm. Called countless times, sent two call backs(don't use that system they don't call back it a lie), stayed on the line for a manager for nearly 20 minutes (promised to get a call back guess what another lie). 3 hours later still no help, no solution, wasted time, wasted airtime, terrible service and all the reasons of why I should've left Supersonic are coming back to me. No one cares, no one knows, no one can help, no one takes responsibility and you can't get a hold of the correct people at all as you always need to be transferred. The time right now is nearly 7:30pm at the publishing of this review. I have now missed nearly 30 minutes of my training due no network connection. So now I am wasting my future.
