Time to leave Supersonic. 0.9mb/s speed. No customer care.

Been with Supersonic for a year now. But the time has come to cancel their poor internet service and start the process again of getting a new ISP. Supersonic has the worst customer care service ever, even worse than Telkom. Phoned them regarding 0.9mb/s internet speed problem, was 16th in the line, waited 17 minutes to get 9th in the line then they dropped the call. Worst internet speeds ever. Their internet services and speeds was always good, but is the slowest and worst performing internet service provider now. Bye bye Supersonic, will be cancelling your services tomorrow.
