Tickets & Accounts - totally pathetic

Tickets are not attended to in time. Accounts is one ugly nightmare!! I am waiting for feedback regarding a router fee as I am considering cancelling my contract. I saw now that an invoice was credited without any correspondence! I have already submitted a complaint... Hopefully that will be resolved quicker than a normal ticket. Packages are discontinued without any notifications!! Totally useless!!!
