This is past Bad Customer Service
You guys are *****ing me from behind and I'm not sure what the hell the problem is............ Going on the 4th month and nobody still knows what the F@#$%^& is going on.

The day this message was sent, a call was also made to the call centre and to date no reply. I mean this is really sad that it's almost 4 months and the query has still not been resolved. My new invoice is still refelceting the same amount image.png 26.65 KB below was the 06/12/2023
