I sent an email in dec and jan to cancel my supersonic account.

Apparently i was given the wrong email address.

The calltaker informed me that if i do not forward the email as an attachment they will not.process yet.

As per the calltaker he has had many clients using gmail who were able to do as instructed.

The calltaker advised that if it is not submitted as.an attachment supersonic will not process my request.

The calltaker then opted to cut the call instead of explaining how his other clients attached an email from gmail.

This means that supersonic will continue *****ing my money as Capitec advised me how they bypass stoporders
