I cancelled my subscription February 2021 , followed instructions for router to be collected - IT NEVER WAS COLLECTED STILL IS NOT , I have been trying for the last 10 days to get this sorted as SUPERSONIC is collecting debit orders - not an account I monitor , unfortunately , I HAVE BEEN PROMISED A CALL BACK FROM THE RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT SINCE I HAVE REALISED THIS - The only contact they have is the WHATSAPP center - every time I have to provide ALL THE DETAILS AGAIN , just to be promised a call back - THAT NEVER HAPPENS I CAN ONLY BE CALLED AT 13:00 AS I WORK !!!!! The never call back , but they take the debit order - ********LY !!!
