They have the worst customer care/service ever...!!!

They have the worst customer care/service ever...!!! i have been trying to resolve a faulty account for 4 months. Every consultant tells you they will resolve the problem and all they do is pass the ball to the next person who obviously are not interested to help you.!!! even if you ask to talk to a supervisor they just pass the ball to the next person or keep you on hold for ages with no respond.

Supersonic.... i hope you read this and not only respond with some pathetic excuse that it was another consultants responsibility to resolve it and pass the ball.
