They have STILL not cancelled my account. 3 months now. I'll just keep posting on Hello Peter about this terrible company.

29 Nov 2021, 12:46We sorted it out. Their accounts department never told me accounts were charged in arrears and just kept saying they would refund me the last calendar month instead of explaining the situation correctly. I have now paid the last payment
