I app**** for fibre (which was never installed). They gave me WYW LTE, which was cancelled this month. I tried moving to a paid package with NO luck as no one would help me so moved to another ISP. I’m still waiting for them to collect their router. Today I was hit with a R2500 invoice - which was NEVER communicated in the 50+ calls I’ve made. The worst ISP. I refuse to pay this as it was never communicated and honestly feels like they just want to recoup costs from their bad service. Please come fetch your router and NO ONE use their services. The worst ISP provider. (FYI: I never signed a single contract) bunch of *******
