They are pathetic.

I will never again use them. I have just canceled our LTE with them. Our data depletes much faster since their price has gone up, without a notice email or sms. Previous data is supposed to carry over to the next month. It doesn't. You can try and call them, you stay on the line without talking to someone, just holding for 10 minutes and more, still no answer. They take their time with their tickets and emails. They close their tickets without the problem being resolved. They do not answer your questions. They won't call you back. So now i have canceled for breach of contract, as i am not receiving the services we are paying for. I told them i will go on google and hello peter to warn anyone to use them in the future. They are either to lazy to do their jobs or their services are so bad that they have a massive back log. Stay away. Its been months now. We are only one week in of our new data and it is said we have already almost used all of it
