They are ****mers! STAY AWAY!

These people are ****mers!!! I subscribed to their service in August 2021 for a month-to-month service, no contract and I could cancel whenever I wanted. After 4 months, I cancelled because it was very frustrating. Their service was always offline, phones ring no one answers, if you are lucky and someone answers, they cannot help you, tickets were never resolved. I cancelled in November 2021 and no one told me I owe anything. in 2024, they try debiting my account and send me emails that if I dont pay my account, my service will be suspended. which service? what the F##K? now they say I owe them because I owe them. Actually, they owe me for the service I was paying for with no Internet access. I wonder why this company still operates because we are all complaining about the same thing.
