There should be minus service star ratings
I have spent over 3 hours on hold between yesterday and today with no one answering and I'm just listening to music. Can someone please call me back urgently. I've tried your WhatsApp line to no avail as well. Please respond in private in order to provide you with my contact number

In total over 10 hours spent for a simple request to change a contact number to be told there is no record of my service ticket SST256460 and also to be ignored when I ask for a direct contact number for a manager to have the issue resolved. Please attend to my request as I do not have more time to waste not to get anywhere
