Theft and lies

Again, after getting hold of you and you saying that my account will be removed and that all my money will be paid back to me I still have not recieved 1 cent from you, you send me and invoice with a credit but still haven't paid back my money and to make matters even worse you decided to take money from me again. What in the actual F is wrong with you. Worst company I have ever ever come across in my life, at least with other companies with horrific service they haven't ****** me, you are literally taking money from me even though I am not a client. Sort this out immediately! WORST ISP IN THE WORLD!
