The worst service provider in the country

What hell is going on with you people ?? Your internet is always down, you never answer your calls, the billing department is kaak. I have two routers one for my business and one for my apartment. Both are red now you will hold for more than 10 minutes on the line trying to get assiatance, even if you choose the option for them to call you back they never do. They dont even answer if you want new sales. Their white stupid routers dont work and yet they never miss a debit. This is the worst Service provider!!!!
