The worst service provider ever. SUPERSONIC

Supersonic assured us that we will have network coverage. We paid the compulsory fees in order to order the air Fibre router. They sent us a notification to inform us that our router is in the process of being delivered. To our disbelief, they sent us another notification that our order has been canceled due to no network coverage???? Albeit after all the payments from our side was done. We are struggling to communicate with them so that we can get our money back.

Supersonic is the worst ever service provider that I have ever come across. Absolutely no customer service and they are under false adverti*****t. No answers from them whatsoever. It's a disgrace
