The worst service provider ever. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH SUPERSONIC!!!!!

Posted a review last year regarding incorrect billing by Supersonic and refunds due to me. I recieved a response from them however nothing has been done to resolve my account queries. I even went to an extend of cancelling my subscription, giving a months notice but still they keep billing me and my account is still active. I call them every week & request to speak to senior manager but with no luck I'm told they will call me back which has not happened. I'm now resorting to opening a complain with the consumer advocate as I'm now at a closing block. Have tried all means , it's now been over 5months.
