The worst service provider around!!!

I would never recommend Supersonic to anyone, I've been trying to cancel my wifi from the end of May, it took over 2 weeks and I never heard a thing from them and it got to the point where I had to try contact the sales team to cancel my wifi, my deactivation date was the end of June and I'm still waiting to get rid of this *********** service provider as they are delaying the release of my wifi line. From poor customer service to constant connectivity issues, it appears to be a never ending disaster when you are with SUPERSONIC!!! And if the owners of this company are happy with the services they provide to their customers then I seriously think they should consider their life choices. I would rather go back to the stone age than use them as a service provider.
