The Worst Service provider

Listen to this, you wont believe it...I signed up with supersonic a few months ago, I complained the line speed was slow...they did nothing, eventually they sent a technician 7 months later who told me the truth, They had Downed my Speed to 10mb after I was paying for 100mb line. He said I would get a refund, he fixed the line to 100/100 and now I'm fighting with them because they are saying I cant prove the line was slow after the technician confirmed and told me I would be getting a refund...this is out right *****ing, I have never had something like this happen with Any wifi producer, they are the worst and I've been with Telkom.
