The worst service provider

The worst service provider ever I’ve come across. I’ve had internet connection and extremely low speed connection issues for the past 3 weeks I’ve spoke with they constants and technicians every single day within that 3 weeks asking for help and till today I still haven’t gotten any help they keep telling me my issue is being escalated to management but nothing has changed I even requested for a cancellation for my subscription only to be told I’ll have to suffer with my problem for a month until my subscription can be cancelled
