THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I app**** for a LTE router with supersonic on the 3rd of August 2020, made payment on the 4th, to date I have not received my router. Spoke to numerous consultants namely: Nosiphiwe Mzobe on the 6th and she promised that router would be delivered on the 7th as you can see I am writing this review today on the 17th because I am still waiting. I have spoken to Zanele Khozawho said the router was dispatched to the RAM guys and we should call RAM IMAGINE!!!!!! Today we spoke to Nomzamo Phoswa who had the gut to put me on hold for 15mins after I requested to speak to the supervisor!!!!

I have never experienced such terrible service I have spoken to may consultants to no avail nobody knows what's happening. I am disgusted and disappointed by the service imagine waiting for delivery for more than 10 days and still no one can tell when delivery will be made.

Not forgetting Noma Sithole who said RAM would deliver.
